앱에서 삭제(가장 빠름)

1. 1Carisma를 열고 나로 이동합니다.
2. 2설정 아이콘을 탭한 다음 계정 삭제를 탭합니다.
3. 3비밀번호나 코드로 본인임을 확인합니다. 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
4. 4삭제를 확인합니다.

앱을 열 수 없는 경우

계정 이메일 주소로 제목을 "계정 삭제"로 하여 info@carismadating.com에 메일을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 30일 이내에 계정을 삭제합니다.

삭제되는 항목

프로필, 사진, 음성 메시지, 메시지와 해당 대화, 연결된 모든 사람, 요청, 생년월일과 국가, 알림을 받던 기기, 로그인 정보. 프로필은 즉시 사라지며, 시스템에서의 삭제는 잠시 후 자동으로 완료됩니다.

보관하는 항목과 기간

신고 및 안전 기록(회원님에 대한 신고와 다른 사람을 보호하기 위해 회원님이 한 신고 포함), 다른 회원의 차단, 보안 로그, 삭제가 이루어진 기록, 최소한의 결제 기록 — 안전, 법률, 분쟁 해결을 위해 법에서 요구하는 기간 동안 보관합니다. 인증 셀카는 어떤 경우에도 제출 후 14일이 지나면 삭제됩니다. 백업은 제한된 기간 이내에 덮어씌워집니다.

구독 중인 경우

In the app (fastest)

1. 1Open Carisma and go to You.
2. 2Tap the Settings gear, then Delete account.
3. 3Confirm it's you with your password or a code — deleting can't be undone.
4. 4Confirm the deletion.

If you can't open the app

Email info@carismadating.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, photos, voice notes, messages and the conversations they were in, everyone you were connected to, your requests, your date of birth and country, the devices you got notifications on, and your sign-in. Your profile disappears immediately; removal from our systems finishes automatically shortly after.

What we keep, and for how long

Reports and safety records (including reports about you, and ones you made to protect someone else), blocks other members placed, the security log, the record that the deletion happened, and minimal billing records — kept for as long as the law requires for safety, legal and dispute reasons. Verification selfies are deleted 14 days after submission in every case. Backups are overwritten within a limited period.
