This page explains how to delete your account in Carisma by Carisma Dating and what happens to your data.

در اپ (سریع‌ترین راه)
1Carisma را باز کنید و به شما بروید.
2روی نماد تنظیمات و سپس حذف حساب بزنید.
3با رمز عبور یا کد تأیید کنید که خودتان هستید — حذف برگشت‌پذیر نیست.
4حذف را تأیید کنید.
اگر نمی‌توانید اپ را باز کنید
از نشانی ایمیل حساب‌تان با موضوع «حساب مرا حذف کنید» به info@carismadating.com ایمیل بزنید. هویت شما را تأیید و حساب را ظرف 30 روز حذف می‌کنیم.
چه چیزهایی حذف می‌شود
پروفایل، عکس‌ها، پیام‌های صوتی، پیام‌ها و گفتگوهایی که در آنها بودند، همه‌ی کسانی که با آنها در ارتباط بودید، درخواست‌ها، تاریخ تولد و کشور، دستگاه‌هایی که روی آنها اعلان می‌گرفتید و اطلاعات ورودتان. پروفایل شما بلافاصله ناپدید می‌شود؛ حذف از سامانه‌های ما کمی بعد به‌طور خودکار کامل می‌شود.
چه چیزهایی نگه می‌داریم و تا کی
گزارش‌ها و سوابق ایمنی (از جمله گزارش‌های مربوط به شما و گزارش‌هایی که برای محافظت از دیگری داده‌اید)، مسدودسازی‌های دیگر اعضا، گزارش امنیتی، سابقه‌ی انجام حذف و حداقل سوابق صورت‌حساب — به دلایل ایمنی، قانونی و رسیدگی به اختلاف به مدت مدتی که قانون الزام می‌کند نگه داشته می‌شوند. سلفی‌های تأیید در هر حال ۱۴ روز پس از ارسال حذف می‌شوند. نسخه‌های پشتیبان ظرف مدتی محدود بازنویسی می‌شوند.
اگر اشتراک دارید
هزینه‌ی اشتراک‌ها از طریق App Store یا Google Play دریافت می‌شود. حذف حساب Carisma اشتراک را لغو یا بازپرداخت نمی‌کند — ابتدا آن را در تنظیمات اشتراک فروشگاه‌تان لغو کنید.
In the app (fastest)
1Open Carisma and go to You.
2Tap the Settings gear, then Delete account.
3Confirm it's you with your password or a code — deleting can't be undone.
4Confirm the deletion.
If you can't open the app
Email info@carismadating.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile, photos, voice notes, messages and the conversations they were in, everyone you were connected to, your requests, your date of birth and country, the devices you got notifications on, and your sign-in. Your profile disappears immediately; removal from our systems finishes automatically shortly after.
What we keep, and for how long
Reports and safety records (including reports about you, and ones you made to protect someone else), blocks other members placed, the security log, the record that the deletion happened, and minimal billing records — kept for as long as the law requires for safety, legal and dispute reasons. Verification selfies are deleted 14 days after submission in every case. Backups are overwritten within a limited period.
If you have a subscription
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your Carisma account does not cancel or refund it — cancel it in your store's subscription settings first.
