만 18세 이상이어야 하며, 본 약관에 동의할 법적 능력이 있고, 서비스 이용이 금지되지 않았으며, 이전에 Carisma에서 퇴출된 적이 없어야 합니다. 1인 1계정입니다.
2. 계정
로그인 정보를 안전하게 관리하세요. 계정에서 이루어지는 활동은 회원님의 책임입니다. 실명 또는 통용되는 이름과 본인의 사진을 사용하세요.
3. 커뮤니티 규칙
회원님은 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 준수하는 데 동의합니다. 괴롭힘, 위협, 혐오, 노골적이거나 원치 않는 성적 콘텐츠, 성매매나 에스코트 권유, 사기나 금전 요구, 사칭, 스팸, 미성년자와 관련된 모든 행위를 금지합니다.
4. 회원님의 콘텐츠
게시한 콘텐츠는 회원님의 소유입니다. 회원님은 Carisma 운영 목적으로만 콘텐츠를 호스팅, 저장, 검토, 번역하고 다른 회원에게 보여줄 수 있는 전 세계적·비독점적·무상 라이선스를 당사에 부여합니다. 라이선스는 콘텐츠나 계정을 삭제하면 종료되며, 개인정보처리방침에 따라 안전을 위해 보관되는 콘텐츠는 예외입니다.
5. 콘텐츠 관리
사진과 동영상은 표시 전에 검토하고 신고를 처리합니다. 본 약관이나 법을 위반한 계정에 대해 콘텐츠 삭제, 기능 제한, 일시 정지 또는 영구 정지를 할 수 있으며, 법이나 안전상 불가한 경우를 제외하고 그 이유를 알려드립니다. 결정에 이의가 있으면 info@carismadating.com로 연락해 주세요.
6. 안전
당사는 범죄 경력 조회를 하지 않으며, 누구의 신원이나 행동도 보장할 수 없습니다. 인증 마크는 저희 팀이 셀카를 프로필 사진과 대조해 승인했다는 의미일 뿐입니다. 공공장소에서 만나고 안전 수칙을 읽어 주세요. 긴급 상황에서는 지역 긴급 서비스에 연락하세요.
7. Carisma Premium
- —Premium은 1개월, 6개월 또는 12개월 단위의 선택형 자동 갱신 구독으로, Apple(App Store) 또는 Google(Google Play)이 스토어 계정으로 청구합니다.
- —가격은 구매 전에 앱에서 현지 통화로 표시됩니다.
- —현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 당시 가격으로 같은 기간 자동 갱신됩니다. 스토어 계정에는 갱신 전 24시간 이내에 청구됩니다.
- —App Store 또는 Google Play 구독 설정에서 해지하세요. Carisma 계정을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.
- —환불은 Apple 또는 Google이 각 사의 정책에 따라 처리합니다.
- —Premium이 종료되면 해외 회원과의 대화는 계속 볼 수 있지만 읽기 전용이 되며, 삭제되는 것은 없습니다.
- —Premium의 혜택은 변경될 수 있으며, 혜택을 줄이는 변경이 이미 결제한 기간에 영향을 주기 전에 알려드립니다.
8. 계정 삭제
앱에서 언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다(나 → 설정 → 계정 삭제). 삭제는 영구적입니다.
9. 서비스 제공
Carisma를 안정적으로 운영하기 위해 노력하지만, 서비스는 변경·일시 중단·종료될 수 있습니다. 기능은 업데이트될 수 있습니다.
10. 책임의 제한 및 위험의 인수
1. 신원 조회를 하지 않습니다
Carisma는 범죄 경력 조회를 하지 않으며 공식 신분증도 확인하지 않습니다. 당사가 하는 일: 모든 프로필 사진은 다른 회원이 보기 전에 검토되며, 프로필 인증을 선택하면 저희 팀원이 회원님의 셀카를 프로필 사진과 비교합니다. 파란 인증 마크는 그 셀카가 일치했다는 의미일 뿐, 회원의 이름, 나이, 배경, 의도 또는 행동을 확인하는 것이 아닙니다. Carisma는 플랫폼을 통해 만나는 회원의 행동, 배경 또는 적합성에 대해 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다.
2. 만남은 본인 책임입니다
다른 회원과의 상호작용에 대한 책임은 전적으로 회원님에게 있습니다. Carisma는 사용자를 직접 심사하거나 그들의 행동을 통제하거나 프로필의 진실성을 확인하지 않는다는 점을 이해합니다. 다른 회원과 소통하거나 직접 만날 때에는 필요한 모든 안전 조치를 취해야 합니다.
3. 책임의 제한
Carisma는 사람을 만날 수 있는 방법을 제공할 뿐, 회원의 행동을 통제하지 않습니다. 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위 내에서 Carisma Dating, 그 소유자 및 운영자는 앱 안팎에서 다른 회원의 행위로 인해 발생한 손실이나 손해(다른 회원과의 연락이나 만남으로 인한 신체 상해, 정신적 고통, 금융 사기, 신분 위장(캣피싱), 사기 또는 재산 피해 포함)와 간접적·결과적 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 본 약관의 어떤 내용도 당사의 과실로 인한 사망이나 신체 상해, 사기, 중과실 또는 고의에 대한 책임, 또는 거주 국가의 법률상 제한할 수 없는 기타 책임을 제한하거나 배제하지 않습니다. 법률상 소비자 권리는 영향을 받지 않습니다.
4. 부정 이용에 대한 회원님의 책임
Carisma를 이용하면서 본 약관이나 법률을 위반하여(예: 다른 회원을 괴롭히거나 속이거나 해를 끼쳐) Carisma Dating, 그 소유자 또는 운영자에 대한 청구가 발생한 경우, 회원님은 관련 소비자 보호법이 허용하는 범위 내에서 그로 인한 손실, 손해 및 법률 비용을 포함한 합리적인 비용을 부담하는 데 동의합니다. 당사의 과실로 인한 청구에는 적용되지 않습니다.
11. Apple 관련 조항
본 약관은 Apple이 아닌 회원님과 당사 간의 계약입니다. Apple은 지원이나 유지보수를 제공할 의무가 없습니다. Apple은 앱과 관련된 청구에 책임을 지지 않습니다. Apple 및 그 자회사는 본 약관의 제3 수익자로서 본 약관을 집행할 수 있습니다.
12. 준거법 및 분쟁
본 약관은 이탈리아 법률을 준거법으로 합니다. 이는 거주 국가에서 소비자로서 가지는 권리에 영향을 주지 않습니다.

1. Who can use Carisma
You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, not prohibited from using the service, and not have been removed from Carisma before. One account per person.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Use your real name or a name you are known by, and photos of yourself.
3. Community rules
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. No harassment, threats, hate, explicit or unsolicited sexual content, sexual services or escort solicitation, scams or requests for money, impersonation, spam, or anything involving minors.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, check, translate and show it to other members only to run Carisma. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content kept for safety as the Privacy Policy describes.
5. Moderation
We check photos and videos before they are shown and review reports. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. You can contest a decision by emailing info@carismadating.com.
6. Safety
We do not run criminal background checks and cannot guarantee anyone's identity or behaviour. A verification seal means our team approved a selfie against the profile photos — nothing more. Meet in public and read our safety tips. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
7. Carisma Premium
- —Premium is an optional, auto-renewing subscription of 1, 6 or 12 months, billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) to your store account.
- —The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- —It renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- —Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your Carisma account does not cancel the subscription.
- —Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- —If Premium ends, international conversations stay readable but become read-only; nothing is deleted.
- —What Premium includes may change; we will tell you before changes that reduce it affect a period you have paid for.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Settings → Delete account). It is permanent.
9. Availability
We work to keep Carisma running but it may change, pause or end. We may update features.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
1. NO BACKGROUND CHECKS
Carisma does not conduct criminal background checks and does not check official identity documents. What we do: every profile photo is checked before other members can see it, and if you choose to verify your profile, a member of our team compares your selfie with your profile photos. A blue seal means only that this selfie matched — it does not confirm a member's name, age, background, intentions or behaviour. Carisma makes no promises about the conduct, background or compatibility of any member you meet through the platform.
2. MEET AT YOUR OWN RISK
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You understand that Carisma does not physically screen users, control their actions, or verify the truthfulness of their profiles. You must take all necessary safety precautions when interacting with or meeting other members in person.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Carisma gives you a way to meet people; it does not control what members do. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Carisma Dating, its owner and its operators are not liable for loss or damage caused by the conduct of other members, on or off the app — including bodily injury, emotional distress, financial fraud, catfishing, scams or property damage resulting from communications or meetings with other members — or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE
If you break these Terms or the law while using Carisma — for example by harassing, defrauding or harming another member — and this leads to a claim against Carisma Dating, its owner or its operators, you agree to cover the resulting losses, damages and reasonable costs, including legal fees, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. This does not apply to claims caused by our own fault.
11. Apple-specific terms
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple is not responsible for claims about the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. This does not affect the consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We will give notice in the app before material changes.
