1. من يمكنه استخدام Carisma
يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً على الأقل، وأن تكون أهلاً قانونياً للموافقة على هذه الشروط، وألا تكون ممنوعاً من استخدام الخدمة، وألا تكون قد أُزيلت من Carisma من قبل. حساب واحد لكل شخص.
2. حسابك
حافظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل دخولك. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط في حسابك. استخدم اسمك الحقيقي أو اسماً تُعرف به، وصوراً لك.
3. قواعد المجتمع
توافق على الالتزام بإرشادات المجتمع. لا تحرّش، ولا تهديد، ولا كراهية، ولا محتوى جنسي فاضح أو غير مرغوب فيه، ولا خدمات جنسية أو عروض مرافقة، ولا احتيال أو طلب أموال، ولا انتحال شخصية، ولا رسائل مزعجة، ولا أي شيء يتعلق بالقاصرين.
4. المحتوى الخاص بك
ما تنشره ملكٌ لك. تمنحنا ترخيصاً عالمياً غير حصري ومجانياً لاستضافته وتخزينه وفحصه وترجمته وعرضه على الأعضاء الآخرين، لغرض تشغيل Carisma فقط. ينتهي الترخيص عند حذفك المحتوى أو حسابك، باستثناء المحتوى المحتفظ به لأغراض الأمان كما توضّح سياسة الخصوصية.
5. الإشراف
نفحص الصور ومقاطع الفيديو قبل عرضها ونراجع البلاغات. قد نحذف المحتوى، أو نقيّد الميزات، أو نعلّق أو نحظر الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط أو القانون، وسنخبرك بالسبب ما لم يمنع القانون أو اعتبارات الأمان ذلك. يمكنك الاعتراض على أي قرار بمراسلة info@carismadating.com.
6. الأمان
لا نجري فحوصاً للسوابق الجنائية ولا نستطيع ضمان هوية أي شخص أو سلوكه. علامة التوثيق تعني أن فريقنا وافق على صورة ذاتية بعد مقارنتها بصور الملف الشخصي — لا أكثر. التقِ في مكان عام واقرأ نصائح الأمان. في حالات الطوارئ، اتصل بخدمات الطوارئ المحلية.
7. Carisma Premium
- —Premium اشتراك اختياري يتجدّد تلقائياً لمدة شهر أو 6 أشهر أو 12 شهراً، تُحصّل رسومه Apple (App Store) أو Google (Google Play) من حسابك في المتجر.
- —يُعرض السعر في التطبيق بعملتك المحلية قبل الشراء.
- —يتجدّد تلقائياً للمدة نفسها بالسعر الساري حينها ما لم تلغِه قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية المدة الحالية. يُخصم المبلغ من حسابك في المتجر خلال الـ24 ساعة السابقة للتجديد.
- —الإلغاء من إعدادات الاشتراكات في App Store أو Google Play. حذف حسابك في Carisma لا يلغي الاشتراك.
- —تتولّى Apple أو Google عمليات الاسترداد وفق سياساتهما.
- —إذا انتهى Premium، تبقى المحادثات الدولية قابلة للقراءة لكنها تصبح للقراءة فقط؛ ولا يُحذف شيء.
- —قد تتغيّر مزايا Premium؛ وسنخبرك قبل أن تؤثّر أي تغييرات تقلّصها على مدة دفعت ثمنها.
8. حذف حسابك
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق (أنت ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب). الحذف نهائي.
9. الإتاحة
نعمل على إبقاء Carisma متاحاً، لكنه قد يتغيّر أو يتوقف مؤقتاً أو ينتهي. وقد نحدّث الميزات.
10. تحديد المسؤولية وتحمّل المخاطر
1. لا فحص للسوابق
لا يُجري Carisma فحوصاً للسوابق الجنائية ولا يتحقق من وثائق الهوية الرسمية. ما نقوم به: نفحص كل صورة شخصية قبل أن يراها الأعضاء الآخرون، وإذا اخترت توثيق ملفك، يقارن أحد أعضاء فريقنا صورتك الذاتية بصور ملفك. تعني العلامة الزرقاء فقط أن هذه الصورة الذاتية متطابقة، ولا تؤكد اسم العضو أو عمره أو خلفيته أو نواياه أو سلوكه. لا يقدّم Carisma أي ضمانات بشأن سلوك أي عضو تلتقيه عبر المنصة أو خلفيته أو مدى توافقه معك.
2. اللقاء على مسؤوليتك
أنت وحدك المسؤول عن تعاملاتك مع الأعضاء الآخرين. وتدرك أن Carisma لا يفحص المستخدمين شخصياً، ولا يتحكّم في تصرفاتهم، ولا يتحقق من صحة ملفاتهم. ويجب عليك اتخاذ جميع احتياطات السلامة اللازمة عند التواصل مع الأعضاء الآخرين أو لقائهم شخصياً.
3. تحديد المسؤولية
يتيح لك Carisma وسيلة للتعرّف إلى الناس، لكنه لا يتحكم فيما يفعله الأعضاء. في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون المعمول به، لا تتحمّل Carisma Dating ومالكها ومشغّلوها المسؤولية عن الخسائر أو الأضرار الناتجة عن سلوك أعضاء آخرين داخل التطبيق أو خارجه — بما في ذلك الإصابات الجسدية والضيق النفسي والاحتيال المالي وانتحال الهوية وعمليات النصب والأضرار بالممتلكات الناتجة عن التواصل أو اللقاء مع أعضاء آخرين — ولا عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية. لا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من المسؤولية عن الوفاة أو الإصابة الشخصية الناتجة عن إهمالنا، أو عن الاحتيال، أو الإهمال الجسيم أو سوء السلوك المتعمّد، أو أي مسؤولية أخرى لا يجوز تحديدها بموجب قانون بلد إقامتك، ولا يستبعدها. ولا تتأثر حقوقك القانونية بصفتك مستهلكاً.
4. مسؤوليتك عن سوء الاستخدام
إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو القانون أثناء استخدام Carisma — مثلاً بالتحرّش بعضو آخر أو الاحتيال عليه أو إيذائه — وأدّى ذلك إلى مطالبة ضد Carisma Dating أو مالكها أو مشغّليها، فإنك توافق على تحمّل الخسائر والأضرار والتكاليف المعقولة الناتجة، بما فيها أتعاب المحاماة، في الحدود التي يسمح بها قانون حماية المستهلك المعمول به. ولا ينطبق ذلك على المطالبات الناتجة عن خطأ من جانبنا.
11. شروط خاصة بـ Apple
هذه الشروط بينك وبيننا، لا مع Apple. لا تلتزم Apple بتقديم الدعم أو الصيانة. وليست Apple مسؤولة عن أي مطالبات تتعلق بالتطبيق. Apple والشركات التابعة لها مستفيدون من الغير من هذه الشروط ويحقّ لهم إنفاذها.
12. القانون الحاكم والنزاعات
تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون الإيطالي. ولا يؤثر ذلك في حقوقك بصفتك مستهلكاً في بلد إقامتك.
13. التغييرات
سنخطرك في التطبيق قبل أي تغييرات جوهرية.

1. Who can use Carisma
You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, not prohibited from using the service, and not have been removed from Carisma before. One account per person.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Use your real name or a name you are known by, and photos of yourself.
3. Community rules
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. No harassment, threats, hate, explicit or unsolicited sexual content, sexual services or escort solicitation, scams or requests for money, impersonation, spam, or anything involving minors.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, check, translate and show it to other members only to run Carisma. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content kept for safety as the Privacy Policy describes.
5. Moderation
We check photos and videos before they are shown and review reports. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. You can contest a decision by emailing info@carismadating.com.
6. Safety
We do not run criminal background checks and cannot guarantee anyone's identity or behaviour. A verification seal means our team approved a selfie against the profile photos — nothing more. Meet in public and read our safety tips. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
7. Carisma Premium
- —Premium is an optional, auto-renewing subscription of 1, 6 or 12 months, billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) to your store account.
- —The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- —It renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- —Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your Carisma account does not cancel the subscription.
- —Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- —If Premium ends, international conversations stay readable but become read-only; nothing is deleted.
- —What Premium includes may change; we will tell you before changes that reduce it affect a period you have paid for.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Settings → Delete account). It is permanent.
9. Availability
We work to keep Carisma running but it may change, pause or end. We may update features.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
1. NO BACKGROUND CHECKS
Carisma does not conduct criminal background checks and does not check official identity documents. What we do: every profile photo is checked before other members can see it, and if you choose to verify your profile, a member of our team compares your selfie with your profile photos. A blue seal means only that this selfie matched — it does not confirm a member's name, age, background, intentions or behaviour. Carisma makes no promises about the conduct, background or compatibility of any member you meet through the platform.
2. MEET AT YOUR OWN RISK
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You understand that Carisma does not physically screen users, control their actions, or verify the truthfulness of their profiles. You must take all necessary safety precautions when interacting with or meeting other members in person.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Carisma gives you a way to meet people; it does not control what members do. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Carisma Dating, its owner and its operators are not liable for loss or damage caused by the conduct of other members, on or off the app — including bodily injury, emotional distress, financial fraud, catfishing, scams or property damage resulting from communications or meetings with other members — or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE
If you break these Terms or the law while using Carisma — for example by harassing, defrauding or harming another member — and this leads to a claim against Carisma Dating, its owner or its operators, you agree to cover the resulting losses, damages and reasonable costs, including legal fees, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. This does not apply to claims caused by our own fault.
11. Apple-specific terms
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple is not responsible for claims about the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. This does not affect the consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We will give notice in the app before material changes.
