1. Carisma کون استعمال کر سکتا ہے
آپ کی عمر کم از کم 18 سال ہو، آپ قانونی طور پر ان شرائط سے متفق ہونے کے اہل ہوں، سروس کے استعمال پر پابندی نہ ہو، اور آپ کو پہلے Carisma سے ہٹایا نہ گیا ہو۔ فی شخص ایک اکاؤنٹ۔
2. آپ کا اکاؤنٹ
اپنی سائن اِن تفصیلات محفوظ رکھیں۔ اپنے اکاؤنٹ کی سرگرمی کے آپ ذمہ دار ہیں۔ اپنا اصل نام یا وہ نام جس سے آپ پہچانے جاتے ہیں، اور اپنی ہی تصاویر استعمال کریں۔
3. کمیونٹی کے اصول
آپ کمیونٹی ہدایات پر عمل کرنے پر متفق ہیں۔ ہراسانی، دھمکیاں، نفرت، فحش یا بن مانگا جنسی مواد، جنسی خدمات یا ایسکارٹ کی پیشکش، دھوکہ دہی یا پیسوں کا مطالبہ، کسی اور کا روپ دھارنا، اسپام، یا نابالغوں سے متعلق کچھ بھی ممنوع ہے۔
4. آپ کا مواد
آپ جو پوسٹ کرتے ہیں وہ آپ کا ہے۔ آپ ہمیں صرف Carisma چلانے کے لیے اسے ہوسٹ، محفوظ، جانچنے، ترجمہ کرنے اور دوسرے اراکین کو دکھانے کا عالمی، غیر خصوصی، بلا معاوضہ لائسنس دیتے ہیں۔ مواد یا اکاؤنٹ حذف کرنے پر لائسنس ختم ہو جاتا ہے، سوائے اُس مواد کے جو پرائیویسی پالیسی کے مطابق حفاظت کے لیے رکھا جاتا ہے۔
5. ماڈریشن
ہم تصاویر اور ویڈیوز دکھانے سے پہلے جانچتے ہیں اور رپورٹس کا جائزہ لیتے ہیں۔ ان شرائط یا قانون کی خلاف ورزی کرنے والے اکاؤنٹس کا مواد ہم ہٹا سکتے ہیں، سہولیات محدود کر سکتے ہیں، اکاؤنٹ معطل یا بند کر سکتے ہیں، اور جب تک قانون یا حفاظت مانع نہ ہو ہم آپ کو وجہ بتائیں گے۔ آپ info@carismadating.com پر ای میل کر کے کسی فیصلے کو چیلنج کر سکتے ہیں۔
6. حفاظت
ہم مجرمانہ پس منظر کی جانچ نہیں کرتے اور کسی کی شناخت یا رویے کی ضمانت نہیں دے سکتے۔ تصدیقی مہر کا مطلب صرف اتنا ہے کہ ہماری ٹیم نے پروفائل تصاویر سے موازنہ کر کے ایک سیلفی منظور کی ہے۔ عوامی جگہوں پر ملیں اور ہمارے حفاظتی مشورے پڑھیں۔ ہنگامی صورت میں اپنی مقامی ایمرجنسی سروسز سے رابطہ کریں۔
7. Carisma Premium
- —Premium 1، 6 یا 12 ماہ کی ایک اختیاری، خودکار طور پر تجدید ہونے والی سبسکرپشن ہے، جس کی ادائیگی Apple (App Store) یا Google (Google Play) آپ کے اسٹور اکاؤنٹ سے لیتا ہے۔
- —خریداری سے پہلے ایپ میں قیمت آپ کی مقامی کرنسی میں دکھائی جاتی ہے۔
- —جب تک آپ موجودہ مدت ختم ہونے سے کم از کم 24 گھنٹے پہلے منسوخ نہ کریں، یہ اسی مدت کے لیے اُس وقت کی قیمت پر خودکار طور پر تجدید ہو جاتی ہے۔ تجدید سے پہلے 24 گھنٹوں کے اندر آپ کے اسٹور اکاؤنٹ سے رقم لی جاتی ہے۔
- —App Store یا Google Play کی سبسکرپشن سیٹنگز میں منسوخ کریں۔ Carisma اکاؤنٹ حذف کرنے سے سبسکرپشن منسوخ نہیں ہوتی۔
- —رقم کی واپسی Apple یا Google اپنی پالیسیوں کے مطابق کرتے ہیں۔
- —اگر Premium ختم ہو جائے تو بین الاقوامی گفتگو پڑھی جا سکے گی لیکن صرف پڑھنے کے لیے رہ جائے گی؛ کچھ حذف نہیں ہوتا۔
- —Premium میں شامل سہولیات بدل سکتی ہیں؛ انہیں کم کرنے والی تبدیلیاں آپ کی ادا شدہ مدت پر اثر ڈالیں، اس سے پہلے ہم آپ کو بتائیں گے۔
8. اپنا اکاؤنٹ حذف کرنا
آپ ایپ میں کسی بھی وقت اپنا اکاؤنٹ حذف کر سکتے ہیں (آپ ← سیٹنگز ← اکاؤنٹ حذف کریں)۔ یہ مستقل ہے۔
9. دستیابی
ہم Carisma کو چلتا رکھنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں، لیکن یہ بدل سکتا ہے، رک سکتا ہے یا ختم ہو سکتا ہے۔ ہم سہولیات اپ ڈیٹ کر سکتے ہیں۔
10. ذمہ داری کی حد اور خطرے کی قبولیت
1. پس منظر کی کوئی جانچ نہیں
Carisma مجرمانہ پس منظر کی جانچ نہیں کرتا اور سرکاری شناختی دستاویزات کی جانچ نہیں کرتا۔ ہم یہ کرتے ہیں: ہر پروفائل تصویر دوسرے اراکین کے دیکھنے سے پہلے جانچی جاتی ہے، اور اگر آپ اپنے پروفائل کی تصدیق کروانا چاہیں تو ہماری ٹیم کا ایک رکن آپ کی سیلفی کا آپ کی پروفائل تصاویر سے موازنہ کرتا ہے۔ نیلی مہر کا مطلب صرف یہ ہے کہ وہ سیلفی مماثل ہے — یہ کسی رکن کے نام، عمر، پس منظر، ارادوں یا رویے کی تصدیق نہیں کرتی۔ پلیٹ فارم کے ذریعے ملنے والے کسی بھی رکن کے رویے، پس منظر یا مطابقت کے بارے میں Carisma کوئی ضمانت نہیں دیتا۔
2. ملاقات اپنی ذمہ داری پر
دوسرے اراکین کے ساتھ اپنے معاملات کے آپ اکیلے ذمہ دار ہیں۔ آپ سمجھتے ہیں کہ Carisma صارفین کی بالمشافہ جانچ نہیں کرتا، ان کے اعمال پر قابو نہیں رکھتا، اور ان کے پروفائلز کی سچائی کی تصدیق نہیں کرتا۔ دوسرے اراکین سے رابطہ کرتے یا بالمشافہ ملتے وقت آپ کو تمام ضروری حفاظتی تدابیر اختیار کرنی ہوں گی۔
3. ذمہ داری کی حد
Carisma آپ کو لوگوں سے ملنے کا ایک ذریعہ دیتا ہے؛ یہ اراکین کے اعمال پر قابو نہیں رکھتا۔ قابلِ اطلاق قانون کی اجازت کی حد تک، Carisma Dating، اس کے مالک اور آپریٹرز ایپ کے اندر یا باہر دوسرے اراکین کے رویے سے ہونے والے نقصان — بشمول دوسرے اراکین سے رابطے یا ملاقاتوں کے نتیجے میں جسمانی چوٹ، جذباتی پریشانی، مالی دھوکہ دہی، جعلی شناخت (کیٹ فشنگ)، فراڈ یا املاک کا نقصان — یا بالواسطہ اور نتیجتاً ہونے والے نقصان کے ذمہ دار نہیں۔ ان شرائط میں کوئی چیز ہماری غفلت سے ہونے والی موت یا ذاتی چوٹ، دھوکہ دہی، سنگین غفلت یا جان بوجھ کر بدعملی کی ذمہ داری، یا آپ کے ملکِ رہائش کے قانون کے تحت محدود نہ کی جا سکنے والی کسی دوسری ذمہ داری کو محدود یا خارج نہیں کرتی۔ آپ کے قانونی صارف حقوق متاثر نہیں ہوتے۔
4. غلط استعمال پر آپ کی ذمہ داری
اگر Carisma استعمال کرتے ہوئے آپ ان شرائط یا قانون کی خلاف ورزی کریں — مثلاً کسی دوسرے رکن کو ہراساں کر کے، دھوکہ دے کر یا نقصان پہنچا کر — اور اس سے Carisma Dating، اس کے مالک یا آپریٹرز کے خلاف کوئی دعویٰ ہو، تو آپ قابلِ اطلاق صارف قانون کی اجازت کی حد تک اس سے ہونے والے نقصانات اور قانونی فیس سمیت معقول اخراجات برداشت کرنے پر متفق ہیں۔ یہ ہماری اپنی غلطی سے ہونے والے دعووں پر لاگو نہیں ہوتا۔
11. Apple سے متعلق شرائط
یہ شرائط آپ اور ہمارے درمیان ہیں، Apple کے ساتھ نہیں۔ Apple پر سپورٹ یا دیکھ بھال فراہم کرنے کی کوئی ذمہ داری نہیں۔ ایپ سے متعلق دعووں کا Apple ذمہ دار نہیں۔ Apple اور اس کی ذیلی کمپنیاں ان شرائط کی تیسرے فریق مستفید ہیں اور انہیں نافذ کر سکتی ہیں۔
12. نافذ قانون اور تنازعات

1. Who can use Carisma
You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, not prohibited from using the service, and not have been removed from Carisma before. One account per person.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Use your real name or a name you are known by, and photos of yourself.
3. Community rules
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. No harassment, threats, hate, explicit or unsolicited sexual content, sexual services or escort solicitation, scams or requests for money, impersonation, spam, or anything involving minors.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, check, translate and show it to other members only to run Carisma. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content kept for safety as the Privacy Policy describes.
5. Moderation
We check photos and videos before they are shown and review reports. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. You can contest a decision by emailing info@carismadating.com.
6. Safety
We do not run criminal background checks and cannot guarantee anyone's identity or behaviour. A verification seal means our team approved a selfie against the profile photos — nothing more. Meet in public and read our safety tips. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
7. Carisma Premium
- —Premium is an optional, auto-renewing subscription of 1, 6 or 12 months, billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) to your store account.
- —The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- —It renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- —Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your Carisma account does not cancel the subscription.
- —Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- —If Premium ends, international conversations stay readable but become read-only; nothing is deleted.
- —What Premium includes may change; we will tell you before changes that reduce it affect a period you have paid for.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Settings → Delete account). It is permanent.
9. Availability
We work to keep Carisma running but it may change, pause or end. We may update features.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
1. NO BACKGROUND CHECKS
Carisma does not conduct criminal background checks and does not check official identity documents. What we do: every profile photo is checked before other members can see it, and if you choose to verify your profile, a member of our team compares your selfie with your profile photos. A blue seal means only that this selfie matched — it does not confirm a member's name, age, background, intentions or behaviour. Carisma makes no promises about the conduct, background or compatibility of any member you meet through the platform.
2. MEET AT YOUR OWN RISK
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You understand that Carisma does not physically screen users, control their actions, or verify the truthfulness of their profiles. You must take all necessary safety precautions when interacting with or meeting other members in person.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Carisma gives you a way to meet people; it does not control what members do. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Carisma Dating, its owner and its operators are not liable for loss or damage caused by the conduct of other members, on or off the app — including bodily injury, emotional distress, financial fraud, catfishing, scams or property damage resulting from communications or meetings with other members — or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE
If you break these Terms or the law while using Carisma — for example by harassing, defrauding or harming another member — and this leads to a claim against Carisma Dating, its owner or its operators, you agree to cover the resulting losses, damages and reasonable costs, including legal fees, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. This does not apply to claims caused by our own fault.
11. Apple-specific terms
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple is not responsible for claims about the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. This does not affect the consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We will give notice in the app before material changes.
