1. 当社について

Carisma は Carisma Dating（所在地：イタリア・ミラノ、以下「Carisma」または「当社」）が提供しています。当社はお客様の個人データの管理者です。連絡先：info@carismadating.com。当社の EU 代理人は Nader Raslan（イタリア・ミラノ）です。

2. 収集するデータ

お客様からご提供いただくもの：

• —アカウント：メールアドレス、パスワード（サインイン事業者がハッシュ値としてのみ保存し、当社が見ることはありません）、2段階認証のために登録された場合は電話番号。
• —利用資格：18歳以上であることを確認するための生年月日。他の人に表示されるのは年齢のみです。
• —プロフィール：表示名、性別（あなたが見る相手と、あなたを見る相手を決定します）、居住国、言語、興味・関心、自己紹介、任意の「詳しいプロフィール」（仕事、学歴、家族、ライフスタイルなど）、1〜5枚のプロフィール写真。
• —認証用の自撮り写真（プロフィール認証を選択した場合）。
• —メッセージとメディア：送信したテキスト、写真、短い動画、ボイスメッセージ、および作成した紹介文。
• —リクエストとつながり：誰にリクエストを送り、誰を承認・辞退・ブロックしたか。
• —通報：通報した内容と追加した詳細。
• —当社に送信されたサポートへのメッセージ。

Carisma のご利用時に生成されるもの：

• —端末のプッシュトークン（通知を許可した場合。暗号化して保存）。
• —購入状況（サブスクリプションに登録した場合。Apple または Google から RevenueCat を通じて取得します。カード情報を受け取ることはありません）。
• —セキュリティ記録：2段階認証の変更やアカウント削除などのサインインおよびセキュリティイベント。
• —端末の整合性チェック：偽アプリを防ぐため、リクエストごとに Google Play Integrity または Apple App Attest のトークンを確認します。保存はしません。

収集しないもの：正確な位置情報（Carisma が位置情報へのアクセスを求めることはありません）、連絡先、写真ライブラリ（写真は1枚ずつご自身で選びます）、広告識別子。Carisma には広告も、第三者による分析・トラッキングツールもありません。

4. 自動チェック

• —写真・動画のチェック。プロフィール写真、チャットの写真・動画、認証用の自撮り写真は、表示前に Google Cloud Vision および Video Intelligence により、露骨・暴力的・誤解を招く内容がないか自動的にチェックされます。検出されたものはスタッフの確認まで保留されます。
• —写真のトリミング位置。プロフィール写真をアップロードすると、トリミングの中心位置を決めるために顔検出が1回だけ行われます。保存されるのはその1点のみで、顔のデータやテンプレートは保存されず、本人の特定にも使用されません。位置はご自身で動かせます。
• —顔認識は行いません。顔認識や生体照合は一切使用しません。認証用の自撮り写真は機械ではなく人が確認します。
• —広告目的のマッチングアルゴリズムやプロファイリングは行いません。

5. お客様のデータを当社に代わって処理する事業者

当社はお客様の個人データを販売せず、第三者自身の目的のために共有することもありません。以下の事業者が、契約に基づき当社に代わって処理します。

他のメンバーに表示されるのは、プロフィールに載せた内容、その相手に送ったメッセージ、認証状況のみです。法律で求められる場合、誰かの安全を守るため、または児童性的虐待コンテンツを関係当局に報告するために、データを開示することがあります。

6. 国際的なデータ移転

当社の主要システムは欧州連合内にあります。事業者がお客様の国外でデータを処理する場合は、欧州委員会の標準契約条項または十分性認定 に基づきます。

7. データの保存期間

• —アカウントが存在する間、サービスを機能させるためにデータを保存します。
• —認証用の自撮り写真は、結果にかかわらず提出から14日後に削除されます。
• —メッセージの翻訳は作成から30日後に削除されます。
• —アカウントを削除すると、プロフィール、写真、ボイスメッセージ、メッセージとそれが含まれる会話、つながりとリクエスト、生年月日、国の履歴、プッシュ登録、サインイン情報を削除します。削除は直ちに始まり（プロフィールはすぐに消えます）、その後まもなく自動的に完了します。
• —削除後も保持するのは、安全と法律上必要なものに限ります：通報およびモデレーション記録（あなたに関する通報を含む）、他のメンバーによるブロック、セキュリティログ、削除が行われた記録、最小限の請求記録。保存期間は 法律で定められた期間 です。
• —バックアップは 一定期間 以内に上書きされます。

8. お客様の選択と権利

• —プロフィールはアプリでいつでも編集できます。
• —通知とメッセージの翻訳は設定でオフにできます。
• —既読表示は設定で非表示にできます。
• —誰でもブロック・通報できます。
• —アプリでアカウントを削除できます：あなた → 設定 → アカウントを削除。carismadating.com/delete-account もご覧ください。

お住まいの地域によっては、ご自身のデータへのアクセス、訂正、削除、写しの受領を求めたり、一部の利用に異議を述べたり制限したりでき、いつでも同意を撤回できます。info@carismadating.com までご連絡ください。お住まいのデータ保護機関に苦情を申し立てることもできます (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali)。

9. セキュリティ

データは通信時に暗号化されます。保存されたファイルは非公開で、アプリの検証済みリクエストからのみアクセスできます。プッシュトークンは暗号化して保存され、2段階認証とバックアップコードもご利用いただけます。

10. 大人専用

Carisma は18歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。18歳未満の方のアカウントは削除します。未成年者が Carisma を利用していると思われる場合は、アプリで通報するか info@carismadating.com までご連絡ください。

1. Who we are

Carisma is provided by Carisma Dating, Milan, Italy ("Carisma", "we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal data. Contact: info@carismadating.com. Our EU representative is Nader Raslan, Milan, Italy.

2. The data we collect

You give us:

• —Account: email address, password (stored only as a hash by our sign-in provider; we never see it), and your phone number if you add one for two-step sign-in.
• —Eligibility: your date of birth, to confirm you are 18 or older. Only your age is shown to others.
• —Profile: display name, gender (which decides who you see and who sees you), country of residence, languages, interests, bio, optional "More about me" details (such as work, study, family and lifestyle), and 1–5 profile photos.
• —Verification selfie, if you choose to verify your profile.
• —Messages and media: text, photos, short videos and voice notes you send, and Introductions you write.
• —Requests and connections: who you send requests to, accept, decline or block.
• —Reports: what you report and any details you add.
• —Support messages you send us.

Created when you use Carisma:

• —Device push token, if you allow notifications (stored encrypted).
• —Purchase status, if you subscribe (from Apple or Google, through RevenueCat — we never receive your card details).
• —Security records: sign-in and security events, such as two-step sign-in changes and account deletion.
• —Device integrity check: a token from Google Play Integrity or Apple App Attest is checked on each request to block fake apps. It is not stored.

We do not collect: your precise location (Carisma never asks for location access), your contacts, your photo library (you pick individual photos), or advertising identifiers. Carisma has no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.

3. Why we use it (and our legal bases)

4. Automated checks

• —Photo and video checks. Profile photos, chat photos, chat videos and verification selfies are automatically checked for explicit, violent or misleading content by Google Cloud Vision and Video Intelligence before they are shown. Anything flagged is held for review by our team.
• —Photo framing. When you upload a profile photo, face detection runs once to choose where crops of that photo are centred. Only that single point is kept; no face data or template is stored, and nothing is used to identify you. You can move the point yourself.
• —No face recognition. We never use face recognition or biometric matching. A person, not a machine, reviews verification selfies.
• —No matching algorithm and no profiling for advertising.

5. Who processes your data for us

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. These providers process it on our behalf, under contract:

Other members see only what you put on your profile, the messages you send them, and your verified status. We may disclose data when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or to report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

6. International transfers

Our main systems are in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside your country, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

7. How long we keep data

• —While your account exists, we keep your data so the service works.
• —Verification selfies are deleted 14 days after you submit them, whatever the outcome.
• —Message translations are deleted 30 days after they are made.
• —When you delete your account, we delete your profile, photos, voice notes, messages and the conversations they were in, your connections and requests, your date of birth, country history, push registrations and your sign-in. Deletion begins immediately — your profile disappears at once — and completes automatically shortly after.
• —We keep, after deletion, only what safety and the law require: reports and moderation records (including reports about you), blocks other members placed, the security log, the record that your deletion happened, and minimal billing records. We keep these for as long as the law requires.
• —Backups are overwritten within a limited period.

8. Your choices and rights

• —Edit your profile at any time in the app.
• —Turn off notifications and message translation in Settings.
• —Hide your read receipts in Settings.
• —Block or report anyone.
• —Delete your account in the app: You → Settings → Delete account. See carismadating.com/delete-account.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@carismadating.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit; stored files are private and reachable only through the app's checked requests; push tokens are stored encrypted; two-step sign-in and backup codes are available.

10. Adults only

Carisma is only for people aged 18 or over. We remove accounts belonging to anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using Carisma, report them in the app or email info@carismadating.com.

11. Changes

We will tell you in the app before material changes take effect.
