You → Profile verification. Take a selfie in the pose shown; our team compares it with your photos.
In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your Carisma account doesn't cancel it.
Open Premium and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same store account.
Use one of your backup codes. If you have none, email us from your account's email address.
Settings → Country of residence. Changes are reviewed and limited to prevent misuse.
